Starting question

When my bike is cold it starts every time after one or two turn over which is practically immediately, with using choke. But when engine is hot or warm after a stop, the bike is reluctant to ignite as well as when cold, sometimes a bitch - have to pause then re-try. Any ideas as to why? could I be flooding the engine? spark plugs? what do you reckon? <i></i>
