I can't see how you got that price. I just went thru the Bike Guard quote. Did everything as being good. 10 - 20yrs experience full license etc. They gave me a "inexperienced rider" excess of $200 & a premium of $780. Also a std excess of $500.
How the f*** to they figure I'm inexperienced after 15 odd yrs of riding & with only 1 (not at fault & no insurance claim) accident in that time.

I also did the Ebike quote. Same info as above & the premium was $309 with std excess of $400 or with $0 excess is $327. Including personal & riding gear cover up to $1000.
