crap fuel filter?

Hi all, i have tryed to reserch with out luck, is there a way to replace a late 99 busa fuel filter on its own and not the hole unit /pump? my local Suzuki dealer thinks its a latter model and says im up for more mo

Sorted, thanks now better sort out rust in tank, i tryed viniger and then bycarb but im not to confident might go the tank linner kit thing

All back together now and its not firing. Looks like not enough fuel getting through.
