Update 2 steering demper
#1
Hi

This is the second update of the steering damper.
This time I have the PCB is not cast in resin.
When I did that with the first PCB with resin all transistors and ic have gone broke, plus the potentiometer were stuck.
Even though I had my precautions to things underneath to stabbing the resin is not arrived but it was not so lucky.
Now I Loctite Glue Hybrid uses that is water resistant, but can always be removed yet.
Now further installation and adjustment.
These pictures come later still at.

I hope that you can give to rebuild inspiration.

Fester, I am not sure what are you trying to achieve with this mode. Could you please explain.
Cheers.

I think its to make the damper electronically variable. Maybe once he's got this cracked, Fester will start on the electronic suspension mod!

Seem to be a lot of trouble to go to for something that will shortly be editable in the ECU using WRT software. It is already an option for Gixxer where you can edit the steering damper map to better suit the riding style. Though I have to admit that the busa gets really stiff above $1.50 and would benefit from less damping.
