Hi Con, I'm always happy to go on a run, although Saturdays aren't any good for me.
I much prefer an early Sunday morning start.
If you can drum up some interest. I'd be happy to lead a good run through the hills to
a decent pub for lunch.

Conner once the kids are back at school that will make things a lot easier for me and then I just need to tee up a weekend that I'm not working and it's not so bloody hot.

Any time's good for me. Anyone considered a later afternoon ride and home before dark. Can still stop at a pub.

Sorry connorl should have qualified my post I dont do evening rides as a rule...find loss of peripheral vision too hairy. I will be suggesting a run down this way soon.
