CARBON KEVLAR FRONT BRAKE PADS SET
#1
Fitted these a few months ago...

Seem to work fine in the dry, but I get a lag of a couple of seconds at low speeds in the wet between hitting the front brake and getting any stopping power.

Anyone else found this? Have I got off pads or do they all do this?

I get the same thing with HH pads, guessing there friction is heat related, mine barely work on a rainy winters morning

Carbon brakes in general do not work well with moisture, and not at all when it's carbon pads on carbon rotors. It's also why the MotoGP bikes switch back to metal rotors during wet races. IMO carbon based pads are a bit of a gimmick for road bikes, they're only superior to sintered, ceramic etc pads when used in carbon rotor systems.
