99 ecu,for the tech heads ,help please

ok ive read a lot of pages from other busa forums over the world ,and found that gen 1 busa,s had aproblem of dead cylinders ,funnly enough #3 just like mine ,now, Tony has told me there is changes in the ecu,s from 2000 2001 etc ,im looking at 1 from the states,http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121018865506?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_500wt_716
i need to know will this one fit before i buy it ,

and just for everyones info ,n3 on my bike has comp,170, really good bright blue spark, a new injector ,a new on plug coil ,but its still dead,

and the pump pushes 1lt of petrol in 16seconds

Hope I havent sent you on a wild goose chase Pete but I was sure there
were 2 or maybe 3 different ECU's on Gen1's ?

Im sure one of the smart guys on here can confirm or put me right ?

2003 New ECU or ECM 16 - 32 bit processing power (late 2002 intro)

99-00 16 Bit ECU
01 has a 16 Bit ECU but has a different harness for the injectors like the 02-07
02-07 has a 32 bit ECU

bit more than for the injectors, pinout on the ecu differes slightly too
and the crank rotor changed in 02

cut off a soldered wire on my ecu ,that i thiught was snapped off 2 weeks ago ,bike runs on 4cylinders but will NOT idle
