Thanks blackzook, the trouble is when I got home to mackay I read the sign to Townsville saying another 400km and thought how good would that be to keep riding! Although wife and work wouldn't like it.

Good on you Chris, it is indeed a marvellous thing to see a young fella get on his bike and do such a ride for a weekend with mates. We all doff our lids to you bloke. I understand you may have competition from Dougie and his girl in March '13 as they'll be in Townsville???
I think we're seriously looking at March. The weather should be a little better and well clear of the holidays. March 2012 is at Wardy and Mrs Wardy's place at Tallangatta. It will be interesting to see how we go.

A bit closer to time we'll put up a poll to see if March 2013 is agreeable to everyone as an alternative.


Already getting excited about it! Isn't it marvelous, top crew, top ride top venue.
