Good exhaust system fitters in Melbourne

I'm asking for a friend that recently bought himself a bike, and the dealer is having a bit of trouble fitting a custom pipe to it. Both the manufacturer of the bike and pipe swear that the unit fits without issue, but the dealer mechanics appear to be a little closer to the numpty side of the intelligence scale.

Anyone got recommendations of a good mechanic in Melbourne that would be able to follow directions and install a half system onto a sports bike, using a little intelligence when required? A remap would be required.
