Given the limited info given, if it's only doing it at heavy throttle then it sounds like a fuel cell setting in the map is over cycling the injector.
What year is your bike ?

cheers pete

its a 02 with k@n pairs air box valve mod, with akro system it doesnt seem to happen at high revs maybe between 5/7k when i throttle on hard, it feels like it misses then the light comes on its only done 16500kms i only recently got it back from the repairer, i had removed the pwr commander as i was sure the insurance company was going to write it off but they went the other way, the computer doesnt hold a history setting of fault codes that can be accessed ?

And now that youve said that i think i had a fault code come up with that about a year and half ago to do with the injector and i had referanced the manual and it said to check for resistance in the injector with a multimeter or something but then i went away with work for 6 months and forgot about it till now

you reckon its right to ride if i just take it easy or is there a chance of it leaning out or something and i should just discoonect the pwr commander ?

I'd probably disconnect the power commander for now in any case and see if fault goes away ? By doing so at least it will help identify and isolate the problem. It could also simply be the commander gliching ? Because it's a piggy back set up I think from memory if the injectors go to over about 80% duty cycle it will bring the F1 light up. Your also correct in that with Gen 1 you have to read the fault codes before turning ignition off otherwise they are cleared
