I like this Kawa, on the other note. I saw a MV Agusta yesterday in Sydney on road. and OMG what a looker !!!!!!!!! - it looked smaller then a 600 :), and had very sharp lines. in love with MV's - (will never buy it as its too flimzy - due to everything lightweight)

as i had said in an earlier post BMW set the benchmark now the jap companies will and have taken the challenge and bettered it imagine what hp they could get the busa out too.
SPEED ISN,T EVERYTHING BUT IT SURE IS FUN.
Keep in mind that they are only claimed HP figures at the crank. It will be interesting to see what they can make at the wheel in real conditions.
In saying that with a couple of very simple mods such as a slip on etc, you would see 200 at the wheel I would say to give the BMW a good scare.
The good thing is that the TC system can be turned off on it if you choose, as it now becomes standard on the kawasaki as opposed to the BMW, so they can be legally drag raced in Australia. Would be a shame if that wasn't the case.
Although the BMW can be ordered without their TC system as a base model.

My 03 Busa made .2 rwhp less than a BMW1000 RR the BMW had a after market system on it. Was done on the same dyno. Mine is still a 1299 cc with system + head work, cams and FLASHED.
