I wont say who has been servicing my bikes, but I find that being a woman, when I walk into a service centre, I can see them rubbing their hands together with a huge grin on their faces. Being a typical female, I dont have the necessary skills to do things to my bike.
I want to put a fender eliminator on my bike which has an LED component to be fitted.
I am looking for a trustworthy mechanic in the southern suburbs and was wondering if anyone on this site has any reccomendations of mechanics I can comfortably go to without a fear of being told a lot of codswobble and being charged double the price because of my gender.
Thanks for any advice in advance
Oh by the way, if you are wondering, my last encounter cost me $450 because my bike would not start. Apparently I had some foul fuel in it, plus it took 10 days to get it back !!!
Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul.
