"Saw 3 of these guys on the week end...
one on Mt Mee, one at Kenilworth and one on somerset dam rd.

Then a mate got waved at (to slow down) twice on This Saturday.
coming home from Brissy on the back roads.
They knew he was speeding by just riding the opposite way to him..."

Lucky boy!
Good weather, good woman, good road, good bike, good-bye!!

was chatting to a very nice bike officerCoolsmiley at logan servo for about 15 min ( between yatla and brisbane)

popped the question about the phantom hayabusa's

after a quick chuckle i was told to tell you guys
" they most definitely do not exist"

now me being the somewhat paranoid type who enjoys a good conspiracy
theory am now thinking is this to be believed or to throw us off ConfusedLol3

on a different note I found out mad max 4 is in production and broken hill is one of the main areas being used as a film location. told of a good story how producers heard in a local pub about an old beat up FJ holden Paddock basher with a V8 in it,which the farmer had put in it just for fun out on some blokes farm so the production crew rocked up and brought it on the spot. the farmer told them it was rough as guts and they said perfect just what we want Coolsmiley Coolsmiley

in that case i wonder if they would buy my old clapped out work truck, I could be sitting on a gold mine considering i was going to take it to the wreckers

From the local fishwrapper"

A new fleet of unmarked vehicles, including four cars and two motorcycles, fitted with speed cameras will be released on Queensland roads in time for the Easter long weekend.

And to decrease the likelihood of their detection, you won't know the plain clothed officers in control have caught you speeding.

Absolutely no details of the vehicles will be made public - not even to Mr Roberts.

"I don't know exactly what they look like because I've not asked to be given a description of them. These vehicles are a range of different types, Mr Roberts said. "I think the uncertainty is a good thing in terms of training driver behaviour"

Up to 30 per cent of mobile speed camera enforcement will now be undertaken covertly, including the use of existing unmarked vans and four-wheel-drive vehicles, which have become easier to detect for those in the know.

Mr Roberts said there would be no advance warning or signs.

"With covert speed cameras now on the roads, motorists will need to consider whether a vehicle parked on the side of the road is fitted with a speed camera, or if the motorcycle they are speeding past is a police motorcycle," Mr Roberts said.
