Titanium machinery?

Ok,here we go....

Let say that i want to machine titanium tubes and plies,cut,weld,form,e.t.c for frames and parts.
What type/brand of machinery would you suggest for a small bussines with limmited production figueres?
New or used..

Titanium machining is usually done for the aerospace and medical industries - obviously both high priced applications.
I don't think you'll find any "cheap" options.
