I decided last-minute to do a run to Killarney when I heard the Rodeo was on and a chat to the publican revealed I could get a room at the hotel for $35 and they'd let us park our bikes undercover with the Kegs.

So the plan was to meet a mate on the Gold Coast and then ride to Killarney through Canungra, into NSW for Mount Lindesay and the same mountain spits you back into Qld via Woodenbong, Legume and into Killarney.

First had to meet Roo at Springwood; this bloke was was riding on a completely different level to the rest of us. Crazy bloke, crazy bike.

Ron needed a new rear tyre so Holly fitted him up with one of Roo's used Continentals. Yes, she fits tyres.

Sorry Ron, it just doesn't have the same effect. Ron's stator packed it in which set us back 5 hours while we frigged about to get it operational.
