Many have a bit of money to spare for only a short time, then it evaporates into bills.this way you can put a deposit down on something you can,t buy outright, pick it up once approved and pay it off for 30-50 bucks a week for a year.Imagine galespeeds, dymags, exhaust systems all the things you struggle to scrounge for can be owned and payed off,12 months interest free. How many would own a big lcd tv if they had to front with $6000 up front? How many own one because they had 1-2 years to pay it off no interest.Same kind of deal. You can search the US cites or e-bay all you like, you won,t take home a set of wheels or a pipe for 1/3 of the price up front landed here in Australia.

There is interest to pay, were not a Harvey Norman were u pay full money ++ than u get the freee int. (nothing is for free) The int. with this finance company is 13.9%. But Glenn is right,, sometime as we all know u have a small windfall but not enough to buy something descent for the bike, but it might be a good deposit and than a small amount per week and u get the gear as soon as finance is approved, its not for everyone but its another option, they also do new bike finance.

RE: Finance Available - mechanx - 28-05-2008

finance company's are the worst . 13.9 a bit steep ray.

They are for some ,but some of us need finance ,make sthe world go round. The int rate is no worse than a c/c.

RE: Finance Available - jas1340 - 28-05-2008

13.9 is a cheap credit card, NAB charges 19 if I remember correctly

RE: Finance Available - mechanx - 28-05-2008

i have 1 with nab and its 10.75 at the moment

RE: Finance Available - jas1340 - 28-05-2008

NAB's standard cards are @ 19.49 % thier low rate visa is @ 12.79%, either way 13.9% is comparable to a Credit Card.....

RE: Finance Available - kawasuki - 28-05-2008

Wen it comes down to it whats a few $$$ when u WANT to get some bling for the bike and u can use it while u pay ,better than saving + saving and something comes up ,,on the back burner again and so on. I think the rate is middle of the road and u reaaly dont want a c/c just to get some product as when u pay for the first lot than u start using again and then u are,,, in the shit. Anyway its there for anyone to use if they need it.
