SPACER PLATE - Darwin busa 01 - 12-04-2008

Spacer plate, do i use gaskets or just use hylomar spray ????

Cometic head gasket do you fit as is ore spray with hylomar ????

RE: SPACER PLATE - Legend - 12-04-2008

Spacer plate, no gakets(*) copper coat both sides.

Head gasket-new, I dont use any coating.

Head gasket-used, pull apart and coppercoat all sides remember which way it went together.(**)

* check deck hights first before fitting rings etc.

** If you torque down head more than stock (which you no doubt will) use new head gasket as it will be squashed to hell!

Ive stopped using hylomar as its a bit too good and gaskets had to be replaced when you could have reused them ie chev's etc.

Just realised your using stock rods and pistons, right?

Disregard the deck height checking part!!!
