(I kept it simple because that was the original question asked)
A USA Busa webite has already done this more comprehensively (as we did about 2 years ago... somewhere...)

So, how did "40" become the milestone for being old or not? Personally I reckon "50" would have been more appropriate. In any case, my mental age is lagging significantly behind my last birthday

I'd prefer to call it experienced.
Over 40 ? yep, that's how many bourbons I feel like tonight.
Been a hot day building a deck, feeling bloody old at the moment.
