You've heard them all before yeah yeah yeah i'm coming on the ride then what happens? They drop like flys & There a NO SHOW
I've been guilty of it at some stage
What's your best( weakest
) excuse you have used or heard for not going on a ride ? Not Real Reason'sAdd to the list then they will be rated to come up with the weakest excuse not to go

I sit on the computer all the time --- get a life
I was up but fell back to sleep----- hopeless
I got SO pissed & I'm still pissed & i'm a danger to myself & everyone around me ---------------Thats cool Good on ya, stay that way at home & away from us --- Real
Oh i'm just a pussy ----- weak
Oh I'm working ----- Real
Oh i'm working the day before so i'll be tired, ----- weak
Oh it's to far, -------------- weak

Oh i'm due for a service, ----------Weak if you Knew in advance about the ride

if you pull out & everyone else still goes ----weak
Oh will i be able to keep up, ----- If ride states fast riders only thats ok , if you dont go cause you dont want to try thats ----weak

Oh i'm low on points -------------- so What are you going to wrap yourself in cotton wool till you earn them back---weak
Oh I went that way yesterday/last time ----- weak
Oh i'm washing my panties that day ------- bullshit
Oh i'm having my BARMITSZVAH that day-----bullshit as you wouldnt have a licence if that was getting done

My missus won't let me go...... TRUE but sad.
I can't afford the petrol to go that far..... TRUE but sad as well
The kids have sport in the morning..... TRUE but OK.
I forgot that daylight savings started and missed the kick off..... TRUE.

This one for me is REAL - i work 12 hour shifts as a maintenance fitter , and i am on my feet running around for the whole 12 hours except for 2x 20 min breaks - on average i walk 7 - 9 KM a night around the factory in and out and all over multi Million $ machinery - i then also work 2 weeks on day and 2 weeks on night shift - and i am a very light sleeper so when i get home at 6.30 am its bright as day so i average 2 hours sleep.
so for those of us who work our asses off , this excuse is legit ...
