Turbo kit advice - Evil - 04-06-2007

Hey guys, I am finaly going down the blower path. I have been looking at kits and have decided with this mob
http://www.turbo-kits.com/hayabusa_turbo_kits.html
They sell the complete kit for $3500 us

Has anyone had any dealings/advice ?

RE: Turbo kit advice - Maj - 04-06-2007

Can't comment about the selling company (are they part of Hahn racing ?)
but Hahn are a reputable manufacturer , mild steel headers, good street sized turbo ,have been known to boost creep a little and the std 8-9 psi is too much to be safe on our pump premium without water inj or intercooler
Good hahn info here http://p197.ezboard.com/bazbiketech post any questions and you will get an informed non biased answer.

I believe they are independant of the company but the product seems good at a fair price.

Thanks for you feedback !!!

Evil i think the ghetto stage one and the rcc stage one both come in about the same price might be worth a look aswell if you havent already.
www.hayabusapats.com for the ghetto kit not sure what the rcc website is

RE: Turbo kit advice - Maj - 04-06-2007

I prefer the RCC as the external wastegate is less inclined to creep and Richard offers warranty on the headers and turbo and some other bits that may be expensive down the track.
web pages on the other thread.
