One shot shows a white car that resembles a Holden Statesman, however highway shots shows the rider continuously on the 'right' side of the road, indicating not in Australia. The rider is a Jimoen lookalike. The number plate no matter how many zooms don't give anything away (could always send them to my Fed buddys). Thats about all I could make out.

Pity about the stoppie shot not including the entire rider, otherwise it would be almost perfect.
(not criticizing, mind you, I know how hard it is to take a perfect action shot - I have never managed it...)
