NZ - jamie - 07-09-2000 Im thinking about packing up the bike a heading over to NZ for a couple of weeks .Been reading about all the great roads and my boss is a kiwi and keeps telling me about how great the roads are.I'll have to start saving to get it all over there.Check out the story in AMCN on the roads.Sowhos coming. Will have to find how much it is to get the bike over there. They had a price in AMCN i'll have to look through my old mags to find it but from memory it was under a $1000 for bike and rider. Re: NZ - Gazza - 07-09-2000 It would depend on when I guess, and don't you think a couple of weeks is a long time for 2 tiny islands populated mainly by sheep? *LOL* From the little bit of time I've spent there though, yeah, it would be great riding country. Re: NZ - busababy - 07-09-2000 hey jamie, it would take a lot of beating to top our own little tassy, thousands of k's of black-spur like country with magnificent views and top quality bitumen and very few cops, but both tassy and nz are only good in summer for bikes that is,,, Re: NZ - Heidi1 - 08-09-2000 Hey Jamie I'd be really interested in knowing how much bike/rider transport is, sounds like a top plan. Re: NZ - Gary and Joanne - 09-10-2000 Jamie, Were you able to find out the cost of taking your Busa on holidays with you to NZ? Would be interested to know if you did. Thanks, Jo Re: NZ - jamie - 09-10-2000 Not at the moment i have'nt. |
