On that thought of cleaning,i've always wondered if you could get too much water down the air intake tube, what would happen? Has anyone else had this thought????Water injected maybe, lol.

Evaporation is what usually happens, some bikes have drain plugs some don't, never really checked on the bus....?

Nothing will happen, unless you've done the airbox mod. The top of the airbox inlet (into the cylinders) is higher than the front air intakes.

There is a little drain plug. If you lift the tank, it's on the left hand side (rear). It's sealed with a little transparent reddish rubber cap. Won't hold much water though (about 20mL), so be careful if your airbox is modded, otherwise you'll be pouring water into your cylinders.

I clean my bike at work with the Karcher every couple of weeks. Low pressure soap at around 60-70 degrees (diesel heated), let it soak for a bit, and then high pressure rinse (hot water again) from a safe distance of around a metre. The hot water does the trick and dries really quickly without any spots.
