TORO Blower/vacs - imagunna - 14-04-2003

Sure I read a posting where somebody said they had a Toro brand blower/vac they used to dry off bike after washing.
Who posted this? - Have tried local Bunnings but they do not stock.
Basically, where did you get it and is it still operating o.k.

Re: TORO Blower/vacs - imagunna - 14-04-2003

A.C.Boosa - In what order?
Demeester- Is yours a Toro brand?
SERIOUSLY, original post was for a Toro Superquite,1480w costing $125.
I want this to be able to blow bloody leaves off neighbors trees back over his fence as well as look after busa and its shed.

Mines a high powered petrol unit. You might as well over the top ,just like a bussa.

Oh,just as a matter of interest,i deal with stuff like this and would only be too happy to look after fellow bussa riders, one catch,i live in the yarra valley area.

Re: TORO Blower/vacs - ac boosa - 15-04-2003

what order? ahhh...consecutive...

Re: TORO Blower/vacs - demeester - 15-04-2003

Yeah, 320kph electric blower vac.

Never use the vac, though. Don't want any leaves to get into the system to become grit to be blown out the other end!

Re: blower vacs. - imagunna - 20-04-2003

Rod,
To what extent do you deal in Vacs? e.g. Do you actually sell these as an agent?
Do you sell electric or only petrol motivated?
What brands do you deal with, do you sell Toro?
I live in N.S.W. but might be in Melb. next week so can get your email address from memb. info - is yours still valid e.g. Wandin.

Re: blower vacs. - rocket rod 7777 - 20-04-2003

Yes imagunna,i am an agent for various brands of outdoor power equipment, but not Torro.I run a business from home and am a member of the C.A.M.S buying group.I can get electric/petrol blowers or blower vacs.Obviously petrol ones are more powerful and flexible to use (no extension lead) but cost more $$$$$$.If you have any queries my email is smittyandsue@hotmail.com or phone 0359643147 thank you.

Re: blower vacs. - bluecenturion - 20-04-2003

What's wrong with an old-fashioned chamois???

Re: blower vacs. - kamakazebusa - 20-04-2003

I'm with bluecenturion.....

I've got a compressor with a blow gun which is quite good, but hardlly ever use it, is it the heat your after (to dry it more effeciently), I've got one of those blower's as well, but never considered using it.!

MAYBE I SHOULD TRY IT......!!!!!!!
