In Memoriam.......Reece Bancell 31/8/2003 - kamakazebusa - 02-09-2003

It is with deepest regret that of Sunday night Reece Bancell passed away after sustaining serious injuries from a crash occuring at turn 1 in the last supersport race on Sunday's Australian Superbike championship series held at Eastern Creek.

He was a true champion, and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He was an inspiration and a delight to be around, always taking time out to have a chat or lend an ear, and always with that never ending smile that everybody knew so well....

My condolences to Dave ,Jill and Kate and the rest of the Bancell family. He made life a joy and always made you laugh no matterwhat the occasion. I have fond memories of nights out with the boys but most of all will never forget his outlook on life....

Reece my friend, I will miss you, not only at the track but in life general......Godspeed, may I see you soon......but not to soon. You will be in my Heart and memory forever....

Remembering always....Paul
