No, theres's no jelly involved, therefore it's not a NSW thing!!! That's just a Victorian taking it from behind again. You can see all his mates putting their hands up and smiling, as they know they are all next and want to be at the front of the queue
See the thing is if the bloke in front was riding his Hayabusa then the bloke behind wouldnt be able to catch him, therefore the bloke in front wouldnt be going through a tightening up period right now!!!

Spot on there. The bloke in the back is Steve "I'll look into it" Bracks. The bloke on the receiving end is Christine "testicles" Nixon...the dude with his hand on it the background is the penultimate wanker himself - Tim Holding.
In order to truly reflect reality the trio are said to be looking into changing our number slogan to 'Victoria - Takes it up the a*se'...
