Holger
I got a set of DJ quality sennheiser headphones pulled the speaker coil out of them and mounted them where the removeable earpads normally sit in the helmet. I cut the cable from the speakers and fitted a female 3.5mm plug under the rubber lining of the helmet. Made a removable male-male patch cord between the ipod and the helmet plug. Beautiful quality sound. The speaker pads also eliminate wind noise even when not listening to mp3's. No need for earplugs on long rides.

Sounds like the sort of clinical inspiration I would expect from a black/purple owner. I have already ordered a set of these though, so I'll let you know if they aren't any chop. Cheers,
