Why ? well while Bracksy has been ripping us off over a few k's here & a few k's there, a dodgy speed camera here & over there, guess who's been watching all this with bulging eye's green with envy & now want their own greedy prodigious snouts in the public trough ?
That's right ! your friendly local council that's who . Now they want to get in on the take by appointing "speed officers" armed with camera's & radar's to local streets against the "speed menace".
So now if you slip up it will be one from Bracksy & one from your local crock of shit fat cat Mayor

We could bring a posse down from up north to wreck havoc and mayhem on your speed cameras and operators.
When is the next Friday 13th. We should give the feral westies a slab of piss for each speed camera they nail on Friday 13th, there would be none in a week.
