New owner!! Couple questions? - jet - 31-12-2001
I pick it up Sat., can't wait. Got the 01 silver and blue.
I want to do a taller windscreen right off the bat. Who do you recommend? I've had good luck with Zero Gravity.
Also, have many of you done Heli Bars? Do you feel they would help for comfort on longer rides(6'3")

congratulations on the new bike, arn't they great?
i see a few of the guys install various after market screens but in my opinion, none of them are a patch on the quality of the oem and i reckon they spoil the mean look of the 'beast' which is one of the attractions of the busa,,
as far as the heli-bars are concerned, lots of the early busa buyers (including me) fantasised about slighlty higher bars but in the end, very few if any (i've yet to see a set installed)installed them, you soon get used to the slightly aggressive position,,
i have seen someone advertise a pair of second hand ones here on the board, if you look back through some of the older postings you should be able to find information on the screen and the bars,,
