have to stick to ie7 as one of my fav sites is tvunderground.org.ru and can only use 7 there. why the frak wait for your fav tv series aus is usually 2 yrs behind.

they dont host files only the links to them. you will need p2p program thats a file sharing program. I use shareza, prefer it to emule as doesnt have speed limit on d/l as emule.
so when u have a p2p program open. go to underground program group preferebly uk flag ie english no subtitles click on link to series required you will either have episodes in 699meg or 350meg find what best suites you. either click boxs for multiples then d/l link. it auto uploads the links on your p2p program if not manually click final episode link.
