Those machines are used in countries that have 3,4,5 times the population we have here in Aus and they work so i guess it all has to do wth the human element involved and blaming the tool is just an old cliche!!

Actually @wabow, without getting into an argument, a machine is only as good as it's design. And in today's world the design has to include both hardware and software.
Often a company will buy the "best" hardware but not spend the money on the boosted software or vice versa causing a breakdown in overall proficiency.
Of course in this situation everyone has to assume details as none of us really know.
