From memory it took a few good rides for my 77's to pack properly from use... a bit of a tinny sound?
Should be idling
1050 - 1250 RPM

Mine never buzzed......
Check and make sure you don't have a rivet that's vibrating or similar.....

It's more a pitch type sound not a rattle from a vibration...having said that I checked anyway. Ta mate.
Been out today it's getting better.
