Redundancy - Zoro - 22-09-2015
Looking like I might be getting made redundant on Friday and just to clarify, this is a good thing.
My question is, having never been sacked or been made redundant before, what things do I need to know prior to all this happening?
How can I screw them for more coin/ are there any loopholes etc?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Additionally this will be approximately 1 month prior to being eligible for 7 years pro rata long service which I believe is 9 weeks, so I've been told. Not sure if this changes anything??
