More info required....
When you say they die, in what way?
Are they oil / fuel fouled?
Cracked?
Electrode burnt?
Are the plugs from the same batch?

when was the last time you replaced filters and fuel lines and cleaned injectors , , new plugs may just be hiding something else, and the 99-00 are notorious for various fuel issues when the system gets some age

cleaned fuel system pump etc same batch plugs feels like no 4 plugs have a white sooty look on the electrode and dry

Have you done a compression test on all cylinders to make sure similar readings?
If white that could indicate lean.
Does it have a rough varying idle? Could be a bad vacuum leak or a line off somewhere especially around that lean cylinder intake area?

In the end you may have to just bite the bullet and take it to a good mechanic though..
:-(

G'day
Is there any chance your ignition timing might have changed? Be a bit retarded from standard setting?
Regards
Kevin

I give the fuel rail a tap on no 4 injector now running sweet might need new o rings in fuel rail any thoughts

Get rail off and sonic cleaned then New seals and put back on

Did that on my 01 and all run I issues stopped immediately. Wasted so much time replacing sparks, tank and line cleaning and fuel cleaner before bit bullet and got injectors and rail cleaned.... I don't expect issues with my 13 but for $150 to get them cleaned its worth it.
Down time was 1 business day.
