1. The picture MUST be Hayabusa related - bike, event, merchandise or promotion
2. Only 1 picture submission per member per month
2.1 Only 1 picture can be submitted on behalf of another member
3. All pictures must be submitted via posting in the thread with attachment
4. End of month is cutoff date for submissions
5. Picture must be taken by member or action picture of member
6. No professional pictures
7. No photoshopping, must be original
8. full HD pictures (min 1200x1000 pixels) must be available for Calendar
8. Previous winning pictures cannot be resubmitted

Any picture submitted is done with full knowledge and consent by the owner that the picture can be used by Australian Hayabusa Club for promotional use.

Votes will also be viewable for transparency

Voting thread will be made on the 1st of the following month. Voting will be for 10 days.

The photo that receives the most votes will still be used as next years picture for the month it wins.
