Blocked oil jets - Camel - 12-07-2014 This is the incoming side of one of the little jets that squirt oil under the pistons of the Gen II. A main bearing in a Busa powered buggy let go and distributed these fines all through engine. Absolutely everywhere. Managed to save the crank but it's a cert that I'll have to do the grub screw mod to make sure there's no more fines inside the cranks galleries. RE: Blocked oil jets - Camel - 12-07-2014 Yeah, if not seconds... Traced the problem back to an aftermarket oil pressure relief valve, the spring had sacked out and resulted in massive bypass.
