3 dayer to Grafton - harieg - 18-04-2014

Planning a ride based in Grafton over the June long weekend. (7/8/9th)
This ride is for the more experienced rider due to the length and terrain involved but all who take part will be welcomed

Accommodation is available at Glenwood Tourist Park, Grafton. Facilities are modern and clean. share options are available.

Sat 7th June. BP service centre Yatala 7:30 for an 8:00 leave. Kyogle, Casino, Grafton.
to Tyringham and return over some very twisty roads to top off the day.

Sun. Depart Grafton 8.00am for a run up the Gwydir to glen Innes, across to Tingha and Bundarra for lunch at the pub.

Dinner tonite will probably be a barbie by the pool. (breakfast on the leftovers)

Mon. leave at 8:30 am. Ride to Kyogle then Murwillumbah for lunch, through to Chillingham, Canungra and to Yatala

i have edited this ride from another post. all welcome to join in

Yes
it is posted on the QMRF www,
and the meetups group for newbies and seasoned riders

NOTE these are very SPIRITED riding groups

RE: 3 dayer to Grafton - Pa King - 20-04-2014

Harie I thought the group we were with for the Nymboida weekend were a "spirited " riding group.
There was some fast pace amongst the lead Premier class heading back from Glen Innis. Too hot for me ,I had to pull back to the next group, and we were still motoring...Pi_freak

Sorry I can't make this trip.

Queens Bday weekend to Grafton
Please be advised, readers and responders. I am rescinding the offer to join this ride. It has been pointed out to me, this is for newer and learning riders, and will not be including spirited riding. If you still want to participate, you will need to join the newbies meetup, and nominate in that group.
I apologise for any mix-up or confusion my information has caused, but from now, my offer has been removed

HarieG has forgotten to say that he posted the ride here without consulting the ride organiser/forum. This was simply a newbie mistake by Harie in his boyish enthusiasm for motorcycling. However the ride has been organised with the newer inexperienced rider in mind, and whilst those here are welcome it must be in accordance with the organisers ride protocols. Hence Haries' withdrawal of the ride invite. I must say thanks to Harie both for his attempt to put things right and for his apologies elsewhere and for the understanding attitudes of those here on this forum. Cheers.
