Just for anyone interested
I imported a complete Gen 1 engine from KNV Motorsport (LA)
and can recommend their service and responce time.
The engine is listed as 2003/4 and came with wiring loom including ECU. air box , oil cooler (was with the exhaust but I have a few so asked not to sent that)
Total including delivery was $2500 to ADELAIDE airport, which is really very reasonable ,
Main part of the story is the fees and charges after that in total
just under $1000
Some of you will have done this whole exercise ( I couldnt find anything in a search of the forum )
bottom line is for $3500 I have a power plant for my land speed bike
( I will look inside and have a play with it )
The thing that helped for Quarantine was having the oil drained , no aircleaner , really clean outside the engine , blow out rhe fins of the oil cooler ( get rid of any seeds etc) the seller was very helpful with this
now for some work
cheers
harky

Good feedback.

Good info. Probably the best way of doing a stroker motor as long as your willing to have a gamble on the builder Pi_thumbsup
