Roller cam chain conversion - Camel - 13-07-2012 I can't remember who I was talking too about this, but they told me someone had done the research on various aftermarket roller chain conversions for the busa. They mentioned a particular popular brand that turned out to be weaker than the OEM Hayabusa cam chain and another that was the much stronger than the OEM stuff. I think the stronger roller chain was made by APE. Maybe. Anyone know where the research is or know about it? RE: Roller cam chain conversion - GRUNTMAX - 13-07-2012 I think V&H makes a slightly stronger than OEM Cam Chain, however, from memory, not that much stronger from when I seen that report. Schnitz list them. Yes, it is an APE Roller Cam Chain Conversion & will have plenty of length in the chain for your 1507 base spacer/gasket. Remove the top roller cam chain guide on head cover.
