Hello! - the goat - 27-05-2012

Gday Guys and Girls.
We have a 2003 busa with a hooter. So far we cant find ID marks, but havent taken it off yet. It runs a secndary fuel rail, and intercooler. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that the intercooler fouls on the front tire. Subsequently we took the bottom 3 cores out and cut the front guard. Now I can enjoy monos again. What we do know is that we have 8lbs boost. Microtech MT4. The barrels have been taken off. I was told is has ceramic coated pistons and titanium studs? Am still trying to find the builder. 70mm Ti exhaust, short yoshi can. Recently fitted an adjustable 125mm over swingarm.Running 16/40 sprockets. Just smoked the tire to a slow 7.1 sec 1/8 on an airstrip (10mm cross cuts every 90mm) Looking any pearls of wisdom the group can offer. The Goat.
When your not racing, your only waiting!

Welcome to the forum. Where are you located? Keep an eye on the 'Riding not Talking' thread for rides in your area and have a look at the 'Busa Bash' thread too....a great chance to put faces to names.

Hey neighbour,
your passes at 7.1 were awesome fun to watch though, and so was the mr squiggle side to side drift up the strip Clap
Can't wait to see how quick you and "the Kid" go as you get the bike dialled in and set up the way you want it, especially with how quick your son ran on the Hyo Trophy

I've got some practice to do to keep up with you Eek but looking forward to the next round regardless.

Thanks for the welcome. Located on the north coast NSW, a few K's from the beach. Born and bred on the Putty road, but called by the sunshine.WelcomeClap If anyone visits the North coast, we have a place for people to crash, lock up bikes. We are working on Accomodation for groups. On Acres, very cruisey spot, and are happy to show the local rides.
