Fitting after market Wheels - ROD - 17-01-2012

OK having a few little problems With my Gen 2 Wheels

The back has no spacers sent with wheels I can chop the little pipe that came with hubs in half to get two 12mm spacers for Back .

Tha front has a tube i can cut two 12mm spacers for front .

But i had a look at stock wheel at front and there is a 12 mm gap with no spacers is this corect what holds the wheel in line (the Brake pads ) Undecided

Rod i think you need to call the supplier , the short spacer look a lot like the one that goes between the drive hub and wheel , and the long one look like it belongs between wheel bearings ,

Rod the supplier for those wheels should have a fitting kit specific to your bike
usually spacers, wheelbearings, sometimes sprocket carriers ,
if you get something custom made or modify existing stuff you will need to be very accurate , remember if something goes wrong in that area of the bike it could at best chew out some very expensive wheels and at worst throw you up the road

What are the brand of wavey disks you had on the Genl Rod? Do you want to sell them? I'm after some for my 14.

Cheers, Beau.
