Busafest 2011 - Coop - 29-09-2011

Hi guys.
I'm Dave. I have a few bikes, but none are a Busa. Although I do own a Suzuki GSX1100F.
I joined up on here to see if anyone knows of the Busafest 2011?
I run into about 10 Busi when I was riding up the Oxley from Port Macquarie late July. They were on a 'round Aust trip that they were calling Busafest 2011.
Anyway, I've been searching the Net for pics and updates to see how it went but can't find anything except some planning details.
Any news would be great. Thx.
Coop

They sure are great graphics. The white line on the map of Aust. is the actual route they were taking, taken off Google Maps.
Apparently they were doing the whole trip in 18 days, averaging 800 klms per day! Sterling effort I reckon!!!

Good to see some 'busas being well used.

Nice "stealth" looking bike you got there Coop. - I see why it's "the dark side"

I can't believe they have STICKERS! Why didn't we have stickers!! This is the best trip you can do, it is one hell of an adventure. If anyone knows them, get them to join up, I want to hear all about their trip.

For those of you who were around two years ago, I found this again.

Thanks guys.
I've always had a soft spot for Hayabusas too. Hence my joy at riding with 10 at once!
At the risk of being booted off here I'll post a pic of my bike without a Busa in the background. I promise this will be the only one! Coolsmiley
