Paradise Dam, Qld - TimF - 19-10-2010
Going for a ride to Paradise Dam on Saturday 23-10-2010 if anyone is interested. Will probably spend the night in Maryborough or Hervey Bay or something like that. Just going to wing it.

I was there last weekend, be careful of water over the road,there was a bad accident there last Sunday .

Was talking to one of the caretakers at the grounds a few months back, he reckons they are averaging a mc accident every weekend now. Hence the police presence.

why don't you go to Benaraby drags?
I'm 70km west of Paradise dam, still a good ride out there,i'm not sure how they didn't see the water.

20 klms south of gladstone & around 1.5hrs north of paradise dam, plenty camping avail,entertainment after meet, come on up.

I'm heading up through Biloela at this stage but I could go via Paradise dam and up the highway no worries.
