rad gaurds are a bit more expensive, just wondering if these ones that BGW has are any good. I definately want protection but want ones that work and are easy to fit and remove, Steve. ps the factory oil cooler gaurd looks pitifull.

RE: another question - Rainbow7 - 19-08-2010

Yes, I have the BGW radiator guard. It works and is easy to fit.

I also have the oil-cooler guard but I haven't bothered fitting it, as there seems to be one on the bike already.

If they're Radguards, they're great mate, got them on and they certainly do the job.

RE: another question - Macbusa - 20-08-2010

anyone tried the cheap option of the mesh stuff you get from autobarn etc. Same stuff you use for the holes in your fairings?

it's made out of light alloy i think.

RE: another question - Steve - 20-08-2010

no not rad gaurds, I had a look at their site and are nearly $300, the Cox brand that BGW sells are $153. I dont think that cheap mesh from auotbarn would help much but thanks for the idea.

RE: another question - fasterfaster - 21-08-2010
