i'am taking my bike in for it's service soon..
can someone give me advice on what oil i should ask for....\
And anything esle i should be asking them to do
or anything i should be asking for

Make sure they check general nuts and bolts. My bike lost a couple of fairing bolts before 1000km

Check it after the service: they always, always, always lose a couple of the plastic fairing inserts, e.g. the two spots above the front forks, in front of the radiator.

Hi Bryan Sergio, Happy riding get a paint stick and mark oil filter to see its changed. Just a dot or line through fairing is all that's needed.

Full synthetic? Semi syn? Lots of different opinions out there as to when you can start using it.. or even if you should.
I've used them all and have settled on semi syn, but I'd say use what you like and change it when it gets dirty (choose your dirty between 2,500 to 5,000, depending on quality of oil).
