Bagster style tank protector . - Greeny_SA - 12-07-2010 I have been thinking of getting a Bagster tank protector ,but could not justify the price for occasional use only . I stumbled on to this ebay seller in China who was manufacturing in china & Selling at a very reasonable price . Although the pic looked a bit Iffy I Took a chance & Ordered one . I was impressed with the quality which is not as good as but close to a genuine Bagster But very good for the price . If any one else is in the same position Here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-07-Suzuki-GSXR-1300-Hayabusa-GSXR1300-Tank-Cover-NEW-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem4aa16a892cQQitemZ320535693612QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories It look's a bit wrinkly & nasty in the pic but in the flesh it is great . RE: Bagster style tank protector . - bazman - 12-07-2010 Good score, Peter..... me like it.... A LOT !!!! might get myself one at that price.... RE: Bagster style tank protector . - CeeJay07 - 12-07-2010 I looked at one myself a while back and it was cheaper to get the Bagster brand from UK. Try www.motorbikesandparts.co.uk I think thats right...google motorbikesandparts and you'll find it....from memory I think they were about 70 pounds plus same again for postage (around $250 delivered) RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Greeny_SA - 12-07-2010 (12-07-2010, 08:02am)CeeJay07 Wrote: I looked at one myself a while back and it was cheaper to get the Bagster brand from UK. If any one else is in the same position That's a really good price, even though it's not a genuine Bagster. I had a look at that guy's store and ended up buying LED/turn signal brake light from him. I'll let you know how it goes. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-07-GSXR1300-Hayabusa-GSXR-LED-Tail-Light-Turn-Signal-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem335e22a884QQitemZ220622661764QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_6762wt_1028 RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Greeny_SA - 13-07-2010 (12-07-2010, 11:42pm)Rainbow7 Wrote:I think you'll be plesantly surprised .(12-07-2010, 12:23am)Greeny_SA Wrote: I have been thinking of getting a Bagster tank protector ,but could not justify the price for occasional use only . Have been trying to find it again but no luck. I do know that the bagster bag won't fit the dragon bros cover, different size clips , but you can occy it in or any magnetic tank bag worth its salt will still stick through it or a bagster for that matter . RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Rev004 - 19-07-2010 Hi Greeny have to say I'm sorry the cover and bag is for a Gen 2 so I don't think it will be much good to you, I know that there is a slight difference between the 2 tanks but how much I don't know. http://www.australian-hayabusa-club.com/MyBB/showthread.php?tid=15270&pid=220469#pid220469 Cheers Rev004 RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Greeny_SA - 19-07-2010 (19-07-2010, 02:08am)Rev004 Wrote: Hi Greeny have to say I'm sorry the cover and bag is for a Gen 2 so I don't think it will be much good to you, I know that there is a slight difference between the 2 tanks but how much I don't know.Rev, mine is specifically for a gen one & fits great .I've got a 2000.One of the other SA bloke's got one as well ,same as mine ,good fit & Quite happy with the quality. The Ad say's Fitment 99-07 .Sorry Rev your talking about Slade's, yeah saw that, good value for gen 2 owners, but I've got the Dragon bros now . RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Rainbow7 - 19-07-2010 My LED brake light arrived today. It is awesome! I cannot believe how much brighter it is than the stock brake light. I highly recommend this product to everyone. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-07-GSXR1300-Hayabusa-GSXR-LED-Tail-Light-Turn-Signal-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem4aa233aa63QQitemZ320548874851QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_6762wt_1028 RE: Bagster style tank protector . - Greeny_SA - 19-07-2010 (19-07-2010, 05:03pm)Rainbow7 Wrote: My LED brake light arrived today.
