Terms say it excludes everywhere except SA and QLD.

GUYS MY BAD I POSTED THIS UP REALLY QUICKLY AND HADNT HAD TIME TO READ IT FULLY
FROM WHAT I GATHER IT CAN ALSO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 4c PER LITRE DISCOUNT DOCKETS
