helmet cleaning - tas busa - 15-03-2010

the wife was wondering about whats the best way of cleaning the inside of her helmet.
trying to get rid of makeup ,normal stains etc
if you use too much water on the inside does the foam go out of shape?

What's the helmet? On my Shoei you can take the inner panels out specificaly for cleaning.
If not I'd just use some mild detergent and a damp cloth and let it naturaly dry.

makeup is a bugger.

Wonder if the magic of 'Shannon Lush' & her cleaning anything books would have an answer.

She says the first point is knowning what your stain is made of up, that helps you come up with the cleaning solution.
