I use stock suzuki steels and fibres as per standard, I have not tried other brands but have heard about others that had problems (and they were not at the level of clutch abuse as me). I have run pretty consistant and fast numbers with the stock stuff and thats the only proof I can show you. But hey, try somthing new and let us all know how they went! ![]() Leonard. RE: Clutch Barnett or Energy one - Maj - 14-12-2009 Biggest prob i have experianced and also heard from others is some aftermarket clutches as they are abused leave residue that can block the oil pickup, std stuffs residue is very fine and just becomes the color in the oil RE: Clutch Barnett or Energy one - Camel - 15-12-2009 Had a 'popular' aftermarket set of plates that caused excess slip to the point where the inner clutch hub started to melt! (Owner kept riding the bike despite knowing it was slipping). Standard Suzuki are the way to go. |
