offered a member my STD k8 pipes for free but I have to get them to w.a.
What's the best option re postage?

aust post will ship it but can not be more than 20kg's pack it up and take it to your local PO and get a quote or ship it COD and the reciver can pay the cost

Each can from where they join just behind the Cat COnvertor wheigh approx 5kg,
Biggest problem is sufficient safe packaging

Try a courier. www.ego.com.au
They are not too bad. you can call them for a quote. Cost me $15 for a DSLR camera & a few BIG lenses from Melbourne to Brisbane. Door to Door.

Look in phone book for the nearest " Pack n Send "store.
I have used them for several odd shaped packages. found them to be efficient and not over priced.
